Anon Goggle adds new features to its 2005
line!
Burlington, VT – 2005 marks the fourth season
since Anon first hit shops’ shelves. And once again, we’ve
stepped it up on the tech front, introduced a new style and
added accessory options.
The Anon crew put their heads together with the Burton boot
guys and decided a proven boot ventilation technology would
work just as well in goggles as it does on boots. Thus, the
all new Air Mesh™ technology was born and is proudly featured
in the top of the line Halcyon goggle. Beyond promoting ventilation,
the Air Mesh is also more durable than foam and has an aesthetic
unlike anything else on the market.
On the style front, the mountain is about to witness its first
leather goggle. In 2005, Anon introduces the new limited edition
Figment Leather. Why? Because we thought it would be cool,
and we were right. The weather-resistant material laminated
to the frame actually improves performance by promoting air
circulation, and therefore inhibits fogging. And its slick
style makes Keir Dillon super stoked he signed on to Anon.
Anon will also release a new goggle in 2005, the Subrosa,
that’s big on style and low on cost.
Check out the details on a few of the key Anon models for
2005.
Anon Halcyon Goggle
Once again the industry technological leader has stepped up.
Last year the Halcyon unleashed Speed Release™ lens technology
on the world that enabled riders to quickly change out lenses
when the weather demanded it. And this year we've upped the
ante with Air Mesh™ technology, a completely new feature that’s
more durable and offers superior ventilation. The Halcyon
still boasts its Taroidal lens which creates more interior
air volume, cuts fog and increases overall optical clarity.
And in 2005, you have the option to purchase an extra lens
package with the Halcyon so you can take full advantage of
the goggle’s easy lens changing system. Halcyon with gold
lens: MSRP $109.95. Halcyon with gold mirror lens: MSRP $119.95.
Halcyon with Lens Package: MSRP $135.95.
Anon Figment Goggle
The Figment is legendary for its balance of performance and
style. Last year we added studs to the line, this year we
went Richter by welcoming the Limited Edition Leather to the
quiver. Even with these style enhancements, rock-solid performance
is still the cornerstone. The Figment utilizes Shield Technology™,
which gives the goggle superior resistance to scratching.
And if you feel like customizing your steez, you can throw
in the new strap package and mix things up. The team choice
since day one, there's no denying the Figment's tradition
of dominance. Figment with gold lens: MSRP $69.95. Figment
with gold mirror lens: MSRP $79.95. Figment with strap package:
MSRP $99.95.
Anon Subrosa Goggle
Say hello to Subrosa, the “little bro” to the Figment. We
borrowed some of the proven features and styling from the
Figment and built them into a more “pocketbook-friendly” package.
The Subrosa has many of the Anon hallmarks, including scratch-resistant
shield technology™, comfort wrap™ face foam and interface
fit at a price that saves plenty of money for lift tickets.
Subrosa with gold lens: MSRP $49.95. Subrosa with a gold mirrored
lens: MSRP $59.95.
