Not sure if you need a snowboard leash? Think again. It may feel like it isn't cool to wear a leash in the snowboard park but try running down the hill chasing your board and see how you look then! Buckle up for safety.

Hats and socks are two of the most important snowboard accessories. Hats not only keep your head warm and body temperature up, but they're also a good way to show off your style. Nice socks avoid blisters and keep your toes toasty. Remeber, you don't need thick socks to keep your feet warm. People who layer a couple of pair of sk or snowboard socks on top of each other are just cutting off the circulation to their feet, making them colder!

Sunglasses or Goggles are a must in the snowboard park or halfpipe. You can't judge a transisiton that you can't see. Luckily Oakley, Dragon, Anon and other snowboard goggle manufacturers make lenses for all conditions.

Finally every snowboarder needs a nice tune up kit. RED and DaKine both offer great tune up packages that have hot Wax, Screwdrivers, a file to sharpen your edges, a scraper to remove the excess hot wax, an iron to melt the wax onto your snowboard and a flat cork to press the warm wax into the base.
